SEPTEMBER:The Science Month Celebration

This year's theme for the nationwide celebration of the Science Month is "Adapting to Diverse Science Culture for Development".How the different aspects/parts of Science can help for our country's development.We are living in a society that depends on Science and Technology in which anyone hardly knows about this.Science Club lined up a series of activities to mark the occassion.Some of the contests have already done.
The celebration has for it's theme:Adapting to Diverse Science Culture for Development.Poster making,slogan contest,science quiz bee,essay writing contest,Ginoo at Mutya ng Kalikasan are some of the contests that have already done during this past few weeks.Investigatory project,noise barrage etc ....are some of the contests that are haven't done yet.Allof the students are free to join the different contests.In the last week of September,student winner's in the different activities will announce and recognize during the flag ceremony.
It is important to celebrate this kind of celebration to widen the knowledge of the student body and for them to become aware with Science.

AUGUST:The Celebration of the Buwan ng Wika

This year's theme for the nationwide celebration of the Buwan ng Wika is"WIKANG FILIPINO:MULA BALER HANGGANG SA BUONG BANSA".One reason that this was the theme was that Baler was the birthplace of the "Ama ng Wikang Pambansa"no other than Manuel L. Quezon.Filipino Club lined up a series of activities to mark the celebration.Different contests have done.
The celebration has for it's theme;WIKANG FILIPINO MULA BALER HANGGANG SA BUONG BANSA.Poster making contest,tagisan ng talino,balagtasan,sabayang pagbigkas,pagkukwento etc. are some of the contests done during the month of August.Many students participated in the different activities.In the last week of August,student winner's in the different activities were recognized and announced during the flag ceremony.
It is important to celebrate this kind of occassion to convince and acknowledge students that using and loving our language is very important.We must know the history of our own native language.
